Tonight I did AAA with Shimmy and loved it. Such a great workout. Excited to get stuck into the middle splits ones soon because it's my " corona isolation " goal to get them better or try and get them on the pole.
I tried Shimmy's AAA tutorial today, it it was great! Intense, but great. I look forward to practicing the skills to build strength. I'm so glad to become a PDA student from the US. This is just the excitement I needed to get me moving again!
It's slow progress but I notice a massive difference before stretching and after! I've still got a bit of a gap between my elbows and the floor haha. How is your progress?I feel like we should find a way each week to keep us accountable or share pics!
How have you been going with your middle splits? I had to take a small break as I didn't want to risk overdoing it. I would love to find a way to share our middle split progress :) Maybe a thread on here? or Instagram? :)
