Our next Special Guest Instructor is Lauren! Lauren is no stranger to the pole scene. She has competed and won in a number of pole comps. Lauren is excited to share with you some of her favourite tricks on spin pole. Come and join! For Intermediate to Advanced students.
Lauren is co-studio owner of Pole Divas Reservoir & Pole & Aerial Divas Caroline Springs where she is both an instructor and deskie. Lauren loves teaching and coaching and can’t believe this is her job! She has competed in many competitions over the years, in both pole and lyra with her main titles being:
