I've been mostly following the conditioning and stretch tutorials while at home, but I want to do more dance around the base of my stage pole.
Has anyone found a particular choreo video works well on the small xstage?

Not sure which ones have been uploaded but all of Kim’s Pole Choreo classes are choreographed on an x stage
I will do my next choreo with a stage pole in mind!
