It is a class for all levels oriented to increase your flexibility in our legs and back from whatever point we are. Andromeda will be using techniques he has learnt through his contortion journey to improve flexibility, without injury. Workshop 2: MIDDLE SPLITSStruggling to improve your middle splits? Andromeda Circus was stuck at one point too (believe it or not!) until he found the right technique that he is sharing with us in this course. The key to furthering our middle splits is in the alignment. Each body is different and each person needs to find the right corrections for them to develop it. This is a flexibility class with a different approach, with a wide variety of exercises adapted to suit everyones needs - to increase our range of movement in a progressive and safe way.
