How to Add Term Routine videos to Momence
Steps:
Go to Vimeo using the info@poledanceacademy.com.au Google Chrome
On the left hand-side, look for the folder PDA Term Routines and then select the folder for the term you are about to upload.
Download all videos in the folder. Please choose at least 1080p quality if available. Take a screenshot of a frame you would like on use as the thumbnail.
Go to Momence. On the left hand-side, click on "On Demand".
Toggle off the previous term's collection.
On the top right, click on "New Collection". Add Title, Default rental price is $0, Default rental duration is 120 days.
Click "Create" at the bottom.
Upload all the videos and edit the title of each video. Add the song name and name of instructor who choreographed in the description box.
Add the screenshot you took earlier as the thumbnail.
After you have uploaded all the routines, go to canva and look for the file "term themes"
Edit the themes for the term. Download the file and post in each student group, letting them know videos are now in the booking system.
Let your studio manager know so they can edit the website for the routines.
