This is a two part tutorial with Hilary Claire, contortionist, acrobat and chiropractor. Hilary will guide you through the foundations of contortion safely and with a focus on injury prevention. Parts 1 and 2 are designed to be done consecutively. Part 2 should not be attempted unless Part 1 has been completed in the same session.
