Whether you’re working toward your first invert or refining your control on both sides, this program will give you the foundations to feel solid, supported and strong. Inside this program, you’ll focus on: • Targeted core and upper body conditioning • Shoulder stability and engagement • Hip flexor and compression strength • Controlled tuck mechanics • Progressive drills to support clean, safe inverts Each session is structured with clear progressions and regressions, so you can meet your body where it’s at while still challenging yourself. We focus on quality over momentum, no wild kicking, no hoping for the best, just strong, intentional movement that builds long-term confidence.
