Hi, I'm wondering what pole classes I can do on demand for beginner/intermediate, these last 6 months have hit my strength, flexibility and motivation hard and I wasnt great before 😂 I tried an intermediate class the other day and it was to advanced for me now 😔 I'm new here so not sure what or where I should be looking but could only find 2 beginner lessons and both were off pole, any advice greatly appreciated Thanks in advance 😘😘

Lauren’s class on pda.online may be more suitable. She is having a break now . After she is back , her zoom videos will be up on demand . Or you may join her for a live Zoom session and ask her to give your the simpler versions . She is awesome ! Alternatively Mya’s intermediate tricks classes sometimes teach certain poses do-able for beginners also.
