How to Book a Private Lesson

Privates can be booked directly by students in their app, however it has to be booked 24hrs in advance. If you have a student who wants to book a private lesson less than 24hrs in advance, please follow the steps below.

Privates should be paid in advance. If for any reason, a student wants to pay in person, click on “Book” instead of “Book & Pay”. Make sure you take the payment on the day and mark it as paid in Momence (How to tutorial for this is available). Failure to take payments will result in non-payment for the instructor.

Steps to book a private lesson:

1. Log in to Momence as an instructor.

2. Click on the burger menu on the top-left corner. Click on “Appointments” then “Schedule”.

3. Select the location you want on the dropdown menu. It should say “Private Lessons (*location*)”. The list is in alphabetical order based on location. I.e Alexandria, Bondi, Brookvale, Crows Nest. If the display doesn’t show the full name, you can check if you’re on the write board by looking at the name at the top.

4. Click on the timeslot you want. A pop up will appear, fill out the required information.

5. Click on “Book and Pay”. More information about paying in a separate tutorial in the portal.
