How to Book a Student Into Class

This is how to book a student if they are not booked into the class or you do not see their name on the roll.

1. Confirm with the student that they have an active PDA membership.


2. Log into Momence as an Instructor.


3. Click on the class the student would like to book into.


2. Go to the section that says ”Add customer into this class”.


3. Click into the box and search the student’s name.


4. Click on how they would like to pay, either through membership or credit.


5. If they have neither, go to “Open Point of Sale” and select on their payment preference. This will mean they will pay for the class as a casual. Ensure that the student knows this. If for any instance they try and insist that they have credits available, tell them you’ll just have to charge them for now and they can send an email to info@poledanceacademy.com.au to investigate and get a refund.


A lot of the time, students don’t realise that they already used their credits for the week. We can have a further look at their account and discuss with them when they email us.


6. Mark the roll of the student you just booked in.
